Training
Confident with Engage in under an hour.
Every clinic license includes a structured onboarding protocol and a full set of implementation guides. No separate training purchase required.
Readiness protocol
Three stages. Under 60 minutes, total.
Solo familiarization
Spend time alone with the app until the mechanics feel natural: entering an audiogram, moving through all three patient-facing scenes, toggling the technology on and off, and rotating the tablet in the outdoor scene. The goal is fluency, not perfection.
Internal role-play with a coworker
Pair up with a colleague. One plays clinician, one plays a patient who just received audiogram results. Run the discovery questions through the post-demo reflection, then rotate roles so both people experience the demo from the patient's side.
Soft launch with a low-stakes patient
Use Engage for the first time with a warm, low-stakes patient: an existing patient in for a routine review, or someone who has already expressed openness to treatment. Keep it to the demo portion only.
Readiness checklist
Before your first real patient, confirm you can do each of these without hesitation.
The framework behind every script
Three Motivational Interviewing moments, every visit.
Each script is designed so the clinician is a guide, not a persuader. The patient does most of the motivational work, because that's what actually produces lasting change.
Discovery
Open-ended questions that surface the patient's own priorities before the demo begins.
Reflection bridge
A summary that connects their stated goals to the experience they're about to have.
Post-demo reflection
Questions that move the patient from what they just experienced to imagining their own future with better hearing.
